About the role:
A technical support engineer is expected to help customers get the most out of the software by educating them and troubleshooting projects, including onboarding new users and helping them find all the resources we provide. They would also be contributing to the creation of self-serve educational resources. When troubleshooting, they are expected to use their solar design expertise to identify discrepancies and utilize best practices to help users get their vision into CAD.
Responsibilities:
Help customers solve challenges and fix issues; Assist with customer onboarding; Conduct training and support sessions in writing (email, live chat) or via Zoom; Document novel challenges and work with the product team to improve the software; Help develop educational self-help resources. Requirements:
Native or full business fluency in English & Italian; Strong verbal and written communication skills; 2+ years in the C&I rooftop and/or utility-scale ground-mount solar sector (design experience preferred); Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD; Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
