PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing field or similar role
Strong knowledge of consumer industry (professional haircare market)
Decision Making capacity, Leadership & Management Skills
Problem solving and "make things happen" ability
Ability to think critically, creatively and to quickly react to environmental changes
Team player
Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
