If you enjoy operational recruiting for various tech and non-tech roles, while constantly improving structures and processes around talent acquisition, this role is the perfect fit for you.This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.Your Profile3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a scale-up environmentExperience with active and passive sourcing of candidates from tech-related fieldsStructured and organized; capable of managing multiple recruitment projects in a dynamic remote environmentPassion for hands-on recruiting and interviewingInitiative to bring in new ideas and improve the status quoFan of remote work and active contributor to remote cultureStrong growth mindset: valuing feedback, always learning, welcoming changeDetail and goal-oriented with an independent work ethicExperience using Google applications and relevant HR tools (e.g., Personio, LinkedIn Recruiter, experience with different ATS, etc.
)Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), very good German is a plusInterest in fitness and nutrition is a plusYour MissionYou are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from defining the role and creating compelling job ads through to the final job offer, collaborating closely with our teams and hiring managersActively identify potential candidates, conduct video interviews, coordinate further steps, and empower hiring managers to make informed hiring decisionsCollaborate closely with our People Managers to hand the new team member for onboardingOptimize our internal structures and workflows, striving for a great candidate experience, efficiency, and smooth collaborationIdentify and coordinate collaboration with external resources and support (e.g., agencies, platforms, etc.
