We're looking for our future Talent Acquisition & Development Manager, a new position within the company to join the Operations team in our HQ in Pi Campus, Rome.
As a strategic partner and trusted advisor, the Talent Acquisition & Development Manager will help leaders across the business to identify, hire, grow, develop and scale their teams while designing and creating strategic solutions to implement programs for performance management, leadership development, employee assessment, and succession planning.
Talent acquisition and onboarding ("TA"):
- Lead TA with the recruitment life cycle for roles in every region where we operate (US + Europe) ranging from Project Managers, to Account Managers, Quality managers, to senior management positions anywhere, everywhere.
- Organisation of onboarding process of all hires with the support of the operational managers, (coaches, training managers, etc)
As a member of this team, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and hiring an outstanding group of hands-on, impactful bunch of people across the globe.
- Management of the Talent review,
- Development of succession plans definition of the internal mobility,
- Development of Talent centres Support for high potentials
- Support the strategy at the local level and in the adaptation of individual solutions
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English, optional in Italian.
One further language is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in this field or in Project Development.
- Passionate about HR innovation, skill development and particularly interested and active in the innovation of HR practices.
- Curious person, close to professional business
