Egypt Senior HR Manager (Italian Mother Tongue)

The Egypt Senior Manager is responsible for leading and directing the HR function in the Egypt Plant to support the strategic goals of the Italian Organization.
This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices, as well as overseeing HR operations such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training, and development.
The Senior HR Manager will work closely with Local and Italian senior leadership and managers to foster a positive organizational culture, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership Employee Relations and Engagement HR Compliance And Reporting Talent Acquisition And Retention Performance Management And Employee Development Payroll, Compensation And Benefits Management Change Management Qualifications And Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
Italian mother tongue, English fluent.
Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role as HR Manager in a foreign country.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance regulations.
Proven track record of success in talent management, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Working Conditions:
This role typically requires working in Egypt environment with occasional travel as needed.
