Commercial Manager ItalyA leading company in the office furniture and communal spaces sector is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join their team in Italy.The ideal candidate will report directly to the ownership and be responsible for managing and coordinating the Commercial and Marketing Area, driving business growth and success.The Commercial Manager will play a key role in coordinating the sales network nationwide, interacting with top company figures, and developing the commercial plan to achieve growth strategies and objectives.Key Responsibilities:Identify and negotiate new business opportunities and contractsCoordinate the sales network in the territory, interacting with key company stakeholdersAnalyse the market and identify new opportunities for growthDevelop and implement the commercial plan, defining growth strategies and objectives in agreement with the ownershipManage and motivate the commercial/marketing team, currently 10 agents, to achieve sales targetsOptimise sales performance and maintain strong commercial relationships with existing customersRequirements:Proven experience in commercial management and account coordinationAbility to work autonomously and proactively define strategies and objectivesStrong communication and collaboration skillsWork Environment:The Commercial Manager will be based in Udine, with frequent travel throughout the national territory.Benefits:The company offers a direct contract with a competitive remuneration package, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
