By leveraging Continuous Improvement, Service Design, and Agile methodologies, the team identifies and drives opportunities for improvement while maintaining the performance of critical processes and business applications.We are looking for a motivated, results-driven, performance and development-oriented person to join and strengthen the Business Performance Development team.
In this role, you will report to General Manager, Business Performance Development.
Business Performance Management plays a critical role in the transformation journey of Parts and Field Service business towards smooth and efficient operations.The preferred location for this position is in Finland, Italy, UK or Switzerland but also other locations can be considered.Your role and responsibilitiesAs a Business Performance Manager - Service Designer, your role will include:Ownership of the governance of the knowledge and training platform and concept, securing coordinating regular training, updated training content and mode of delivery.
Securing that training and training approach meet the expectations of the users.Ownership of dedicated IBPM processes, securing with Process Managers and Business Owners that the content is up to date and follows agreed principles.Taking a coordinative approach to securing Process Governance and monitoring of correct Business Application usage.Apply Service Design process, mindset, workshops and discussions with various collaborators and partners, securing a better user experience throughout our applications and processes.Coach internal colleagues in Service Design principles.To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:Experience in service design, process mapping and visualization skills.Proactive, goal-focused, with a learning mindset and can-do attitude.Great facilitation, collaboration, visualization and communication skills.Operational excellence and continuous improvement mindset.Analytical and fact-based decision making and problem-solving skills.Practical experience/knowledge of Agile development methodologies is seen as an advantage.Experience from having worked in B2B Service Environment is an advantage.PowerBi knowledge is a good advantage.Fluent in English language, both written and verbally.What we offerWe offer you a great opportunity to contribute and shape our business performance management own the training processes and tools.
