**Description**
For our Business Unit **High Voltage** based in** Lodi **we are looking for a** Project Quality Specialist **who will be in charge of deploying and supporting a **Quality Culture** within local Hitachi Energy, by assuring and controlling Quality with systems, tools, and teams to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the **Quality Management System **of the local unit.
All aspects managed in line with Hitachi Energy Group/Division/BU guidance;
- Support Sales/Operation/Engineering Departments in analyzing customer requirements and standards during Kick Off meetings and deploy Inspection and Test Plan, Manufacturing Quality Plan and Quality Control Plan;
- Assist in the implementation of effective **internal controls** to verify that processes will meet customer and stakeholder requirements.
Validate that control plans are applied and effective in mitigating known risks;
- Represent the Voice of the Customer within local teams.
Challenge the teams with customer experience feedback and input to decisions.
Enable and coaches' employees to evaluate risks, problems, and solutions from a customer/stakeholder point of view;
- Act as Quality landmark for customer during **Factory Acceptance Test**, collecting all the information to create project-specific Quality Data Dossier to be shared with the Customer, and during Customer Audit;

**Your background**:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (preferably electrical, industrial or management);
- At least **3-5 years of experience **through Quality or Project Management in Engineering to Order or switchgear business companies;
- Nice to have previous experience with Quality Control Plan for medium size project;
- Nice to have ISO and IEEE basic knowledge;
- Sound knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel and Power Point;
- Fluency in English (B2/C1) and Italian both written and spoken;
- Collaborative approach, customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn;
- Diplomacy, problem solving skills and flexibility will complete the profile;
