Within HV Installation division of
_Prysmian Cavi e Sistemi Italia_, we are looking for a Project Manager to join the team.
He/She will be reporting to the Italy HV Projects & Installation Manager and, when not on business trips, will be based in Milan.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- He/she is the focal point for all project activities and retains the final responsibility for the execution of the project;
- He/She instructs and coordinates the work of the jointers (both employees and third parties contractors) in the building site;
- He/She supervises the activities performed on the assigned building sites;
- He/She defines project resources, performance reviews and post implementation evaluations;
- He/She represents the company towards the client on the field and resolves all issues related to the implementation of the project activities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications:
- Availability to travel intensively mainly in Italy, occasionally abroad;
- Understanding of HV systems.
Desirable Skills/Attitude
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience as Project Manager;
- Experience running projects in large organizations will be considered a plus;
- Proven track record of delivery and achieving results through teamwork;
- Driven and focused, committed on high level of performance timely delivery of projects;
- Effective leadership and communications skills;
- Willingness to be a change agent;
- People management attitude;
- Detail oriented and methodical;
- Fluency in Italian and English.
