Job Overview TE Connectivity's project management is responsible for organizing the operational aspects of projects from inception to implementation. The project manager coordinates cross-departmental teams and serves as a connection between project management and planning, the project teams, and line management. The Project Manager reviews the status of projects and budgets, organizes schedules, and prepares status reports. She/he evaluates project-related problems and develops solutions to comply with specifications and goals in the areas of productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. She/he will also develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and intervening and problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Manage project scope, schedule, and budget for projects within assigned business area. Lead assigned core teams to achieve established goals. Clearly communicate roles, expectations, and responsibilities to team members on a regular basis using a cross-functional KPI process. Establish and coordinate design reviews, Design of Experiment (DoE), and continuous improvement activities. Initiation and maintenance of project-related change and risk management. Management of interfaces within the project teams with a problem-solving and action-leading approach. Communication to all internal and external stakeholders concerning the project status and activities. What your background should look like: Project Management Experience. English and Italian.
