AGM Tech Solutions, on behalf of the Client - a Global Technology Company, is hiring a Hybrid Position Title: Principal Data Scientist Position Summary: Solution Architect. You will work with business stakeholders and leaders to understand and meet business goals and outcomes through design and build of end to end data, Client and business rules pipeline. Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling. You bring prior experience to the role of formulating problems, extracting & analyzing data from multiple systems, summarizing critical findings/insights, and developing a compelling visual representation of analyses with actionable recommendations—this will set you up for success on Day 1. You will interact with other data scientists, developers, data engineers, UX designers, product managers, and senior executives to understand problem domain, project requirements, users experience and demonstrate model performance and its business value. Productionize. You will design, architect, implement and deploy high-performing data science pipelines that combine data ingestion/transformation, Client inferences, rules engines and delivery of insights to other systems. Own and Manage Projects. You will identify, design, develop, and implement advanced analytical projects. You will implement process to continuously detect model and data drift and remedy to ensure high quality. Limitless Possibilities. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: You'll have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience working with business stakeholders to understand desired outcomes and translate into data science requirements, techniques and solutions Advanced knowledge and prior experience in Python, SQL, distributed computing tools such as Databricks, AWS or other Cloud platforms Hands on experience using python machine learning libraries like Sklearn, Matplotlib, Seaborn to build machine learning models such as XGBoost, Random Forest, Logistic Regression etc. Prior experience with model explainability techniques like shapley, lime etc. Nice to have: Experience with Tableau or other visualization Familiarly with Deep Learning, Neural Network or LLM models Experience with ETL tools like Snaplogic, Mulesoft, Informatica and/or Stitch.
