We are now looking for a People Operations Internship to start a journey in our People Department.You will handle activities related to people administration in line with current processes/procedures and local rules/regulations.
You will perform analysis, looking for improvements on processes and tools and participate in People projects; you will also support the team on local vendors and contracts management.To be successful in this position you should have a great familiarity with data and numbers and be capable to handle sensitive information.
You've also good knowledge of labor legislation and legal/contractual aspects.The position will also have relation and cooperation with other organizations (finance, legal, sourcing, …) and will be based in Rome.What you will doUnderstand People policies and processes.Deliver People services.Provide support to other organizations and analyze data.Be knowledgeable about and understand legislation that could impact People processes.Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.Perform administrative activities related to international mobility, reporting, employment support, learning support.Performs other duties as assigned.You will bringBachelor's degree (law, finance, HR).Presentation and communication skills.Proactive, positive mind-set.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of People Administration Processes, tasks, and deliverables.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Proficiency in English language.Additional RequirementsWe believe this position will be optimally done by a person with uncompromised ethics, good organizational and digital skills, and attention to details.
