We are looking for a Master Data Management Manager to join our Business Operations Team.
As Master Data Management Manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational processes and service levels within the MDM function ensuring that the activities of the team are focused on meeting or exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers and working in close collaboration with Management and the other teams to improve processes and procedures.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Ensure the activities of the department are focused on meeting or exceeding the expectations of Canon Sales/Service and the Customer.
- Carry out month end responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identify productivity and efficiency opportunities, implement and monitor changes.
- Ensure Company policies and procedures are complied.
- Act as the escalation point for queries from Business Operations team members, other departments, and make decisions as appropriate.
- Work in close collaboration with Finance, Sales and Service teams and manage relationships across all departments working closely with multiple functional groups involved in new customer/product introduction, customer/product lifecycle processes.
- Represent Business Operations to facilitate success in tender and large business opportunities and subsequent fulfilment.
- Ensure the development of the team through adequate learning and development activities.
- Perform front end review to verify raw information for consistency, completeness, accuracy, and assess implications of change.
- Describe and maintain process description and ISO documents.

- Good level of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
