Qa/Qc Supervisor

Adecco Consultants research for a strongly acknowledged General Contractor operating in the Data Centers sector a figure of QA/QC Supervisor Role Overview: The QA/QC Supervisor serves as the operational lead for all quality activities on-site.
They oversee the QA/QC team's work, ensuring adherence to quality plans and the timely completion of activities in line with project goals.
Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise the QA/QC team in inspections and quality controls in the field.
- Ensure all processes align with the quality plan and applicable regulations.
- Monitor the performance of suppliers and subcontractors, resolving issues promptly.
- Plan and conduct walkdowns and turnovers, ensuring all activities are documented and validated.
- Support the Project Manager in managing scope changes and assessing completion risks.
Requirements: - Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (12+ years in the sector).
- Proven practical experience managing QA/QC teams for complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of inspection and completion procedures.
- Ability to interface effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Soft Skills: - Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
- Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Other: good knowledge of the English language, good knowledge of the Office package.
