Consistently strong growth has created a requirement for a full-time **IT Recruiter **to join our People team in Rome.
This role is crucial to ensuring we are welcoming great colleagues who are the perfect fit for Soldo.
You will partner the business by working hand in hand with managers, their teams, and the wider People Team, enjoying a really close partnership with people who care about the teams they work in and the people who join Soldo.
Main responsibilities
- Accountable for delivering recruitment alongside the wider recruitment team, focusing on Technology roles (Software Developers, QA specialist, System Engineers, IT business analyst...)
- Accountable for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, working closely with the wider People Team to deliver a seamless experience.
- The full scope of roles includes the delivery of recruitment for complex technical roles in all professional disciplines and senior hires who will lead their teams and disciplines, who are absolute experts in their field.
- Building talent pools for volume roles or, areas where it's identified, a talent pipeline would prove useful.
- Ensuring recruitment data and metrics are kept up to date for reporting purposes and compliant with GDPR.
- Providing coaching and support to the recruitment team to support in problem solving and development of the team.
About you
- We're looking for an in-house professional recruiter with a track record of solving interesting recruitment challenges in a high growth organisation, ideally Tech/FinTech.
- Proven experience in recruiting Technology positions
- Entrepreneurial drive with a clear sense of urgency and priority to achieve results, ability to work within tight timelines, with a "roll up your sleeves" approach.Evidence of innovation in challenging hiring situations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high quality at pace to support the growth of the organisation
- An understanding of best practice recruitment processes and has worked in environments that require delivery to tight timescales and strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and leverage these to question and challenge those involved in defining new vacancies.
- Ability to use data to inform where things are working well and where they could be changed or improved; sharing proposals for change with the wider People Team.
- Experience in recruiting niche and challenging roles, with demonstrable experience of taking innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect with and recruit top-tier talent.
- Of course, a Boolean search skill, expert LinkedIn guru
- Demonstrates recruiting in a cost-effective way wherever possible (using agencies only when absolutely required)
- Able to fluently speak English
