International Marketing SpecialistThe International Marketing Specialist will be part of the International Development Office of Lavoropiù and will promote the Pyou brand in the Italian and foreign branches markets (Spain, UK, France, Brazil, and Hong Kong), by adapting our global marketing and sales strategies to the local territories.
The ideal candidate has Marketing and Social Media experience and an international background/experiences.
Main activities:Constantly monitoring the marketing and social plans and contents of the International Department and of the international branches.Develop new marketing and sales strategies for the future and coordinate Italian and foreign activities.Manage the brand's/company's Pyou LinkedIn pages (one for each foreign branch).Manage the brand's/company's Pyou websites (pyou.eu a B2B website and other websites of the foreign branches).Post job announcements on local/branches' websites and social media pages.Elaboration of Editorial plan (Kanban Flow).Creating graphic and text content for social platforms using the Adobe suite, InDesign or Canva.Manage and coordinate the relationships with external social media managers and suppliers.Manage newsletters and advertising material.Main requirements:At least 1-2 years of experience as a Marketing and/or Social Media Expert/Specialist or similar positions.Good knowledge of: Excel, InDesign, Canva, Metricool or similar, Meta, Google Suite.Good expertise in social media strategies and techniques (LinkedIn, Instagram), and in creating reports and analytical documents.Excellent knowledge of Italian & English; other languages will be considered a plus.Passion for brand new projects and for working in multicultural environments.Flexibility, energy, and pro-activity.Enhanced communication and team-working skills.Compensation package includes:Employee contract.Initial and ongoing training through the internal academy.Welfare package and supplementary health insurance.Smartworking.Meal vouchers for each working day (including smart working).Free 24/7 online psychological support service.Working hours: full-time, Monday-Friday 9 am – 1 pm and 2 pm – 6 pm with flexible hours.Work location: Bologna central station area.
