Retail Company - Sport Sector Role Challenge : Delivers a truly omni-channel experience to customers leveraging digitally-enabled touchpoints to grow sales and margin on digital channels.
Ensures operational performance of digital activities to ensure product availability on digital channels.
Responsibilities :
Develops strategies to drive high quality traffic and grow sales on digital channels; Oversees execution of projects in key digital growth areas (User Experience, Customer Acquisition, CRM, Onsite Personalization) and monitors improvement on performance on key metrics (e.g., conversion rate, bounce rate, traffic); Oversees end-to-end strategy, execution and ROI improvement monitoring for Local digital marketing campaigns, in close coordination with Performance Marketing Leader; Monitors commercial and financial performance across all digital channels; Develops strategies for a truly omni-channel mindset at all levels of the organization; Steers the development of additional digitally-enabled customer touchpoints (e.g., click-and-collect) across its country; Ensures omni-channel strategy is in line with other countries and actively seeks platform standardization opportunities; Ensures commercial incentives are in line with omni-channel strategy - especially in stores and across Ecosystems; Ensures product availability on digital channels; Oversees Digital commerce supply chain logistics on its perimeter (incl.
last mile logistics, ship from store and E-Commerce warehouses development) by working closely with Supply Chain Leaders; Oversees Digital commerce readiness from an IT standpoint working closely with E-Commerce Tech Lead and Local IT teams; Oversees Digital commerce offer development in its country with Assortment Leaders.
Skills & Attributes :
Fluency in all business languages (e.g., Finance, Strategy, IT, Marketing, Logistics); Change management skills and ability to implement changes with an impact beyond its immediate scope of work (e.g., stores); Communication skills/Personal impact (e.g., clear communication, ability to build trust-based relationships, persuasion); Creative and technical aspects of eCommerce marketing content (incl.
search engines, search engine optimization, etc.
); Operations and supply chain in digital channels, incl.
product flow, warehousing, last mile logistics, etc.
; Agile processes and mindsets Experience; Experience in B2C omni-channel sales or in B2C E-Commerce, including the tracking and improvement of digital channels financial performance; Leading /contributing to IT projects related to digital channels, e.g., web platform upgrade, user experience, CRM; Leading digital teams.
