**Position Overview**:
As the **Global Marketing Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence, engaging customers, and achieving remarkable sales growth in the dynamic world of loupes and headlights. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing & Product Officer and managing the local marketing members, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives with a strong focus on trade marketing, all while leveraging your deep customer-centric mindset and digital skillset.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Trade Marketing Excellence_:
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness and customer engagement in the B2B2C market.
- Drive sales growth by creating innovative campaigns that captivate our audience and make us an industry leader.
- Customer Focus_:
- Dive deep into understanding the unique needs and preferences of our target customers.
- Translate insights into impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our audience and drive loyalty.
- Digital Expertise_:
- Leverage your digital prowess to create and execute cutting-edge digital marketing strategies.
- Brand Ambassador_:
- Champion our prestigious Italian Brand on a global scale.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and maintain our premium positioning.
- Manage two other brands belonging to Univet, driving their success and maintaining their unique identities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration_:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development and customer service.
- Align marketing strategies with business goals and foster a culture of teamwork and shared success.
Market Research:
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer behavior.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation that keep us ahead of the curve.
- Budget Management_:
- Efficiently manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Team Management_:
- Lead and inspire in-house and subsidiary teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B2C marketing, ideally within the dental or medical industry.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on trade marketing and B2B2C.
- A track record of success in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Global mindset and experience working in an international context.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
