Four Corners is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market.
On behalf of an important Premium Brand, we are looking for a:
Global Head of CRMShe/He will lead and develop the brand's Global CRM Omnichannel Strategy in all its levels and activations.
The Brand and business Importante Azienda is to drive acquisition, retention, maximize engagement and drive customer lifetime value across Full price stores, eCom and outlet fleet.
The Global Head will determine the scope of all the CRM projects.
His role is to work with cross-functional departments from Marketing, Ecommerce and IT to Business Functions and follow the last mile of execution in coordination with the regions.
Main Responsibilities:Establish, develop and implement the Global CRM Omnichannel StrategyMaximize customers engagement and customers lifetime valueManage and develop the new Loyalty Strategy and ProgramLead the CRM contact/campaign strategy (including marketing, products, promotional, lifetime triggered campaigns) to maximize acquisition, retention and conversionPartner with the Regions for local adaptations and delivery of the global strategyNurture and develop a close partnership with Marketing, Retail, Ecommerce, Client Service and ITPartner daily with the Consumer Insights Team and Media team to exploit the CRM business potential and fuel a customer centric mindset across the organizationDefine and manage the CRM global budgetLead all the CRM related projects and guarantee support to retail (including also dedicated training) and online for the Omnichannel implementationLead CRM CX strategy and activationsResponsible for CRM privacy & legal related topicsRequirements:5 years prior experience in CRMHands-on experience in developing an entire CRM program from the startA previous CRM Manager experience, preferably in Luxury/premium retail, FashionBackground in E-Commerce OmnichannelHighly skilled in technical operations/toolsProven experience in Marketing Automation and Direct Marketing platformsExcellent knowledge of CRM tools and technologiesSolid organizational and project management skillsStrong interpersonal and influencing skills across functionsTeam building attitude, entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, strategic thinking and excellent communication skillsFluency in EnglishLocation: Milan
