About the role As an experienced professional in Outside Sales, you will participate in various Outside Sales activities and customer relationship management.
You will be responsible for representing the company's interests and building business relationships to enhance outside sales performance.
Key Responsibilities: Identify prospects and establish professional relationships to understand customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet those needs.
Participate in business development activities for prospects within defined customer segments to support the business strategy.
Identify bid opportunities, prepare bid responses, and negotiate with potential customers.
Develop new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
Support the management team representative on prospective target accounts or territories.
Develop personal long-term customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
Attend trade shows to increase the visibility of the organization and potentially influence prospects.
Requirements: Advanced knowledge obtained through a high school diploma or a university degree, combined with relevant experience.
Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs, or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage them in daily work.
A minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience.
