HAS - Huber AgroSolutions (consists of Biolchim, Cifo, Miller and Ilsa), a business unit within Huber Engineered Materials, is a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of bio-stimulants, crop nutrition, adjuvants, plant growth regulators, and specialty agro chemicals. The Company is currently operating in more than 90 countries and intends to significantly grow over the next few years.
**Purpose of Job**:
This person oversees the functionality and content strategy of the website(s), ensuring they align with the HAS (Huber AgroSolutions) and its go to market brands (Biolchim, Miller, Cifo etc.), and effectively engage users to generate leads.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the HAS (Huber AgroSolutions) Marketing Communications Manager and Marketing Communication Specialists to plan digital media buys for national and regional ad placements.
- Manage website(s) to align with SEO objectives, making and implementing key recommendations for content, messaging, and other factors to improve SEO performance.
- Create demographic groups to customize content publishing based on specific interests, such as adjuvants, bio stimulants, fertilizers, organic compliance, etc.
- Manage and execute paid search programs and activities, both branded and non-branded, to drive targeted traffic and optimize performance.
- Establish appropriate key performance indicator (KPI) goals and generate timely reports on metrics, including website and campaign performance, lead generation, etc.
- Manage and execute specific paid social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and support marketing activities, such as brand campaigns and social media engagement. Monitor campaigns, generate reports, and build prospect and audience profiles.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business, or related field.
- Marketing experience in an international corporate or agency environment is preferred.
- Experience owning web production processes and workflows.
- Proven experience with Google Analytics, SEO and SEM.
- Experience with A/B testing to optimize digital/web content performance.
- Experience managing and leading improvement efforts with CRM/marketing automation platforms; experience with Pardot and SFDC required.
- Actively participates and has experience managing a wide variety of social media activities such as blogging, community development and management, etc.
- Understanding of popular social networks - design, functionality, users.
- Highly agile individual with proven ability to adapt in rapidly changing environment.
- Strong communication capabilities - excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and in Italian.
- Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, combined with resourcefulness to tackle varied challenges.
- Ability to work within a cross-functional team and in a culturally diverse, global organization.
