Tasks
Contitech PTG Area Manager Italy will have the following tasks
- Ensure and develop (additional) profitable business in the regional market
- Implement and managing customer and sales strategy in the region according to growing plan
- First Customer interface representing the regional business (one face to the customer)
- Monitoring Contitech's day-to-day business in the region
- Work closely with regional SMY Aftermarket department
- Managing customer requests and complaints
**Qualifications**:
Ability to be a teamplayer
Willing to travel up to 50% time
At least 3 years of working experience in similar role.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and english
Dedication to providing great customer service
