Continuous Improvement Specialist

DescriptionFor our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist who will focus on manufacturing operational improvement and cost savings to improve the organization's profitability and efficiency.The ideal candidate is a flexible, results-oriented person with a strong passion for 5S methodology, Visual Management, and Problem Solving, who finds satisfaction in working in a factory environment and interfacing with different business functions.Your responsibilities:Plan and implement re-layouts of islands and production lines to optimize workflows; Develop, promote, and coordinate saving projects to increase efficiency and reduce waste; Conduct analysis and flow improvement using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) tools; Perform Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA) to identify risks and potential improvements; Analyze non-conformities and manage customer complaints to identify opportunities for improvement.Your background:Degree in engineering; 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment; Good knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodology; Good knowledge of English and Italian (B2-C1); Out of the box thinking and excellent communication skills are required; Experience in problem-solving activities; Knowledge of VBA orsimilar is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
