- We are a proptech company born in Milan in 2017 with the mission to simplify the way people sell, buy and live houses by creating technological products that can handle and manage the complexity of real estate transactions.
Our ambition is to expand our business across Europe and we recently established in Spain.

**What will you do?
**:
- You will support the Construction Project Managers for the renovation works related to some of the Group's properties and to oversee and coordinate all the suppliers with a high focus on time and cost optimization;
- You will prepare, submit, and manage the approval of change requests and change orders;
- You will support the Construction Project Managers in bidding, negotiating and preparing all subcontractor and vendor contracts consistent with the authorization limits, in a timely manner including preparation of necessary bid documents, scope clarifications, and bid analysis spreadsheets;
- You will support the Construction Project Managers monitor all eventual penalties procedures if necessary;
- You will prepare, submit, and manage some minor activities tide to the organization and delivering of the different construction sites;
- You will have on site visit with the Acquisition Specialist at an early stage to agree on the project brief;
- You will prepare survey with laser meter and lidar scanner (or other tools) to some of the Group's properties;
- You will assess survey requirements before works can commence and ensure that they are correctly undertaken;
- You will have on site visits to review constructions progress of schemes;
- You will prepare and maintain accurate and timely projects progress schedules
**What will we expect from you?
**:
- 2/3 years of experience in architect studios/service corporates with a focus on home retail constructions/renovation and proven track record in construction sites and dealing with contractors and suppliers;
- Background as Architect, Technical Architect
- Problem-solving attitude with a crucial ability to meet deadlines, strong planning and organizational skills;
- Nice to have: experience working in BIM evironment
- Fluent in English
