Requirements
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective channel strategies for each client, including video ideas, thumbnail concepts, and overall vision for the channel
Communicate and collaborate with clients to ensure high-quality video production and provide necessary guidance and resources
Manage a team of thumbnail designers and scriptwriters to ensure the production of high-quality content
Analyze channel performance and data to gain insights and improve overall strategy
Stay updated on YouTube trends and opportunities to create viral content for clients' channels
Provide feedback to clients on video recordings to improve performance
Identify areas for improvement and bottlenecks in the operation and strategy to scale channels further and faster
Qualifications:
Proven experience in YouTube strategy and growing channels, with a deep understanding of YouTube best practices
Dedication and commitment to the role, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Willingness to work long and additional hours when necessary
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to manage stress and handle feedback effectively
Excellent communication skills and open availability for a full-time role
Ambitious and driven to achieve significant results
Ideally, experience in team management and working within a business
Some knowledge and understanding of the business and education niches is preferred
