Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat to Italian-speaking customers.
Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to products or services.
Efficiently handle complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
Document customer interactions thoroughly for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
Requirements Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of the Italian market and culture is advantageous.
