The Role: We are seeking a skilled Video Editor & Photographer to join our Communication Department. Reporting to the Communication Manager, you will play a crucial role in our marketing strategy, producing captivating videos and photographs that embody our brand and enhance our digital presence.
In this role, you will work closely with our team to capture and create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and internal use. For larger productions, you may also coordinate external suppliers for the creation of communication materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Produce high-quality videos and photos that reflect Balich Wonder Studio's identity and values.
Multiplatform Content: Adapt and create video/photo content tailored to different audiences and platforms (social media, website, etc.).
Production & Editing: Film and edit both short- and long-form videos, manage post-production processes (subtitling, sound mixing, etc.), and handle media management in Premiere.
Event Coverage: Capture photo reports and behind-the-scenes content from events.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media content trends to keep our materials fresh and engaging.
Supplier Coordination: Manage external freelancers when necessary.
Requirements Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop (knowledge of Cinema 4D is a plus).
Social Media Expertise: Understanding of social media trends and communication strategies.
Storytelling Ability: Excellent storytelling skills, with a keen eye for creative and engaging content.
Event Enthusiast: A passion for live entertainment and creating unforgettable experiences for audiences.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills, with a flexible and proactive approach to teamwork.
Attention to Detail: Obsessive attention to detail, ensuring high-quality content every time.
Language Skills: Professional-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel according to event schedules.

Additional Information:
Location: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Milan . A hybrid work arrangement can be discussed.
Salary & Contract: Compensation and contract type will be discussed based on the candidate's experience.
