Job Summary
The Vet Digital Engagement Specialist is responsible for building stronger connections with Veterinarians using our own digital assets (professional website & various tools), CRM and social media. The candidate is a key factor in engaging the Profession through digital assets, demonstrating in-market success with related KPIs.
Key Job Responsibilities: Develop educational content and digital assets (podcast, article, video) that engage and communicate effectively key messages to the vet channel business. Develop educational materials for Hillsvet.it and different collaborative education platforms. Manage and support the implementation of the owned digital professional tools and perform all related analysis via dedicated reports. Scouting, management and contents creation for tools, blogs, influencers followed by Vets. Creation of contents for social media and CRM according to the editorial plan. Support Customer Development team and Pet Vet Affairs in developing digital educational and promotional assets. Manage Vet dedicated helpline, supporting and engaging with professionals on a daily basis. Partner with peers to coordinate executional activities and fully leverage tools/assets. Required Qualifications: Veterinary Medicine, Nutrition or equivalent degree. At least 1-2 years of general practice experience. At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic. Strong digital attitude and propensity for new technologies. Ability to understand and apply principles of adult learning. Commercial interest/competence. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. Proven project management skills and ability to work under deadline pressure. Strong decision-making and problem-solving approach. Excellent oral and written communication capabilities. Enthusiasm, passion, positive and proactive approach to work. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote and Google's G Suite. Fluent in English and Italian. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Education or Nutrition-related field. Knowledge of various methods of engagement and communication, including gamification. Location: Rome Headquarter (the role requires to be at the office on average 3 days/week).
