Type Testing Engineer - Stem It Professional Program

STEM IT is our new five-year Professional Development Program customized for Professionals who are interested in developing their career in STEM roles (Manufacturing, Quality & HSE, Project Services and Installation, IT, Supply Chain, R&D).

The program starts from day 1; you will then join a one-week Global Induction with a track of training and activities created through the collaboration between Prysmian Academy and a top-ranking Business School. After the induction, your learning path continues with training courses and networking events that will allow you to develop your skills and unlock your full potential.

We are looking for a Testing Engineer based in HQ, Milan.

Responsibilities and Duties Attend the tests checking the correctness of the execution Review the protocols and the product performance to ensure the feasibility of the tests Support during the bidding phase by defining the qualification requirements Organize the test (material, workforce, attendees) Help on the definition of the new testing protocols Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or more (technical field preferred) Good level of English (written and oral) Preferred experience with tests/laboratories/qualification process Soft Skills Good communication skills Availability to travel Ability of working with people from different cultures Problem solving Proactivity Ability of working under pressure Predict, manage and solve eventual complexity Support on the overall organization of the laboratories to maximize the output Dialogue with colleagues to ensure a continuous sharing of lesson learnt and best practices Dialogue with clients to ensure the satisfaction of expectations Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
