A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.What you will doHe/She will be responsible of the following activities:• Support to the short and medium term cash forecasting: monthly forecast for Group payments and ITCY transactions, coordination of subsidiaries' needs• Daily management of TMS issues related to payments and other treasury bookings• Ongoing interactions with the Shared Service Center and local business.• Support to all the payment processes and cash concentration activities• Taking care of the existing Factoring programs and development of the new countries• Daily interaction with Accounting and Controlling dept. and local Finance Managers• Day by day relationship with the financial institutions/banks and provision for administrative activity related to financing agreements• Improving of existing reports and development of new onesWhat you need to succeedRequirements:• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred (experience)• 1-3 years relevant work experience• Experience with TMS (Piteco) and ERP (SAP); excel fluency is a must• You possess strong analytical skills and hands-on mentality & accuracy• IT oriented, experiences with Swift/File Act could be a plus• You are passionate about new projects and initiatives in a fast-changing & dynamic environment• You'll embrace an open-minded team where new ideas/projects are welcome and fostered• Fluent in EnglishHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
