The engine of our success is the importance and value that we place on the talent and passion of our people leading to their own professional growth.JOB PURPOSEWe are currently seeking the Security Governance and Compliance Manager as part of our dynamic team based in Milan.RESPONSIBILITIESHelp foster a culture of security awareness and honesty through positive communications and messagingBe responsible for risk analysis and risk assessment activities over company assetsRevise and develop security policies and guidelinesAttend meetings and coordinate projects with other department managerContribute to the secure management of the Fashion Show and other Corporate eventsCreate reports on security statusCoordinate internal investigation and successfully bring to a conclusionImplement and Manage a Travel Support and Asset Risk Monitoring ToolLiaise with local authorities and industry committees to remain alert to local external security threatsActively support and participate in company sponsored security programs and eventsBuild and maintain proactive relationships with all levels of colleaguesBuild and maintain relationships with the key referent and peers of other brands and with external stakeholders, including Law Enforcement AgenciesKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSCommitted and reliable, proactive attitude, problem solving spirit and a good flexibilityExcellent organizational and leadership skillsProven experience in Corporate Security, including Travel/Event/Risk Management/Investigation/ComplianceEducation/Certification/Degree in Criminology/Investigative sciences/Security/Fraud field will be preferable or at least 10 years of proven experience in Security ManagementExperience in emergency response planningAvailability to travel in Italy and abroadSolid management capabilities of budgeting and statistical data analysisProficiency with Excel, especially with pivot tablesExcellent knowledge of English and Italian, spoken and written, is a mustExcellent verbal and written and communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
