CRA - Carlo Ratti Associati, the international design studio founded by MIT professor Carlo Ratti, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Travel Manager to join our team in Turin.
The position provides a unique opportunity for growth and development within a collaborative setting.
**Responsibilities**
As our new Travel Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Booking and managing train and flight reservations for employees and partners
- Arranging accommodations for business travel
- Building and maintaining relationships with travel agencies while seeking new partnerships
- Managing corporate travel portfolios
- Handling travel budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Planning and organizing all travel necessities (phone plans, visas, etc.)
- Generating travel expense reports
- Organizing and overseeing the founder's travel calendar
**Requirements**:
- Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility and adeptness in managing unforeseen circumstances
- Excellent proficiency in English; proficiency in a third language is preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
**Working Hours**: 09.30am - 6.30pm, Full Time
