The figure fits into the educational ecosystem of PLIN Projects for Learning Innovation (https://rondodeitalenti.it/progetto-plin/), a centre of expertise aimed at the development of 21st Century Skills through highly innovative, interdisciplinary and socially impactful educational and training initiatives, with particular reference to STEM and digital innovation. The project is based at the Rondò dei Talenti in Cuneo, space coordinated by the Savings Bank Foundation of Cuneo. The work takes place within a highly innovative educational, design and training chain, concretely experimenting the transversality of formats and the multidisciplinarity of an environment that makes educational innovation its mission. The candidate sought has a strong interest in working in the world of education and in the application of technologies in learning contexts ( EdTech ) also demonstrated through specific in-depth studies or professional experiences, and a strong aptitude for problem solving and creating impact. Full time or part time contract, presence required at the PLIN office in Cuneo. The figure will have to: Support the Program Manager in organizing and implementing educational activities, both in person and online. Manage the educational secretarial activities with participants, educational institutions and university partners in the management of PLIN training offers. Analyze the design requirements of educational experiences, the state of the art of the technological tools connected to them and contribute to the identification of the best solutions to use. Provide support to staff during the prototyping and production of educational experiences, monitoring their functionality and intervening technically to ensure maximum quality. Main Responsibilities Management of the classroom and the various technologies during the workshops and training sessions with teachers, classes and other audiences of PLIN activities. Technical coordination with teachers for teaching activities. Set-up and technical support for events open to the public. Organizational management of PLIN training and workshops, as well as workshop bookings (in person or remotely). Interface with schools and various audiences of activities for the organization of the activity agenda and the preparation of spaces. Interface with PLIN teachers for planning laboratories and training courses. Preparation of classrooms and materials necessary for carrying out training activities. Support the management of the physical space, including reception activities. Qualifications and Skills Required Bachelor's degree preferably in educational sciences, media or digital education, digital humanities or similar, including STEM degrees. Be familiar with digital tools typical of the educational and training sector, with a strong propensity for learning. Language skills: good knowledge of English. Good knowledge of the main IT tools (use of the PC, email, Internet, programs for data management and archiving, compilation of spreadsheets). Hardware and software configuration. Knowledge of networking fundamentals and operating systems (Windows/Mac). Excellent knowledge of multimedia content production and online publishing tools: e-learning and LMS platforms (Classroom, Moodle, ILIAS…), streaming and broadcast (OBS, Wirecast, YouTube); video conferences (e.g. Google Meet, Skype, WebEx, etc.), social platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Experiences in the educational and training sector. Has international experience in his/her studies (Erasmus, Overseas). Knowledge of graphics and graphics editing software. How Can I Apply?
