He/She is responsible for planning and adopting marketing activities for the specific country, securing on time in full execution.
The role will adopt the centrally created material and fill the gaps with content when needed for the selected marketing channels fully aligned with the branding rules.
Handles and steers the development of brochures, print ads, local event and customer sell-in material, and more, in close collaboration with the country director and EMEA marketing team.What will you be doing?Ensure operative execution of agreed marketing activities in the cluster/country, in alignment with the commercial team.Plan and execute successfully marketing activities, supporting the sales team on a daily business.Deliver demand via lead generation, nurturing, and conversion programs, in collaboration with EMEA marketing.Increase customer engagement through loyalty program execution in collaboration with the EMEA CuEx specialist.Adopt marketing materials such as brochures, whitepapers, and case studies, events to support sales and marketing efforts in coordination with EMEA marketing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of local strategies with global marketing objectives.Participate in and contribute to European Marketing projects (launches, initiatives, campaigns, portfolios, and so on).Support sales for customer meetings, launch material, events, and actions.Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders and scale campaigns to maximize ROI.Prioritize daily activities and align actions to support overall function and business strategy.Model company values and behaviors and demonstrate peer leadership to engage diverse audiences through effective collaboration.Provide input on individual performance objectives that are aligned with the functional and business strategy.What will you need?Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent degree3+ years of related experienceEnglish language, written and spoken, min level B2Digital skills:- Social media: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Facebook Business Manager- Advertising: LinkedIn ADS, Meta ADS, SEM, Google Ads- Graphic design: InDesign, Canva- Website managing: preferably Kentico- Digital marketing: preferably Salesforce Account EngagementProblem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of products, applications, and the competitive environment.Creativity in developing marketing programs and initiatives.Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and measure success.Good organizational, project planning, and time management skills.Interest and ability in both creative execution as well as data analytics to inform campaigns.Effective and approachable communication skills to engage others and build credibility and rapport.Goal orientation, flexible attitude, and initiative to achieve objectives.Join us to connect ideas, build solutions and inspire curiosity together.
