Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager and joining a dynamic and passionate team, the Marketing Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Team. They will have the opportunity to gain hands on marketing experience by being involved in planning, developing, and executing the seasonal Marketing & Events calendar with the key objective of providing unique shopping experiences to our guests.
How you will contribute Assist the Marketing Team with daily tasks such as the mall image, events, activations and admin Monitor and support with 'In Mall Image', successfully cooperating with other departments Support with the organization of marketing events and in-mall marketing activations Support the team with managing all marketing materials as well as any merchandising Contribute to the development of TMLO seasonal and exclusive merchandising collection Assist the team with the selection and collaboration of external suppliers and partners Propose new creative ideas for the marketing yearly calendar Conduct research and competitors' benchmark Support with presentations and reports Who you are Currently pursuing a university degree in Luxury Fashion/Marketing Strong interest in Marketing/ Fashion/ Design industries Knowledge of Retail Marketing, Events and/or Merchandising is a plus Fluent in Italian and English Creative, innovative, organized and with a genuine sense of luxury A team player with a desire to be part of a strong group with a common goal Familiar with Excel and PowerPoint Why work with us?
