You'll report to the Test Commissioning Group Manager, and work alongside passionate, motivated, and enthusiastic teammates.
The Team Leader is responsible for implementing strategies that team members use to achieve a goal, delegating tasks based on each member's strengths and skills.
The duties of a team leader also involve providing direction, coaching the team members, and resolving conflicts.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (particularly TC Engineers/Technicians and subcontractors).We'll look to you for:Taking care of delivering the committed performance in terms of Quality, Costs, and Deadlines;Managing testing activities on several railway signalling projects on SCMT-CTC technologies, ensuring defects identification and correction;Checking the compliance with Alstom HR and EHS policies, local standards, and regulations;Making return of experience with regards to non-conformity observed during the commissioning phase.All about you:We value passion and attitude over experience.
