Job Title: Tender SpecialistLocation:Rome, ItalyAbout AbbottAbbott is a global healthcare leader, creating breakthrough science to improve people's health.We're always looking towards the future, anticipating changes in medical science and technology.Key Responsibilities:Documentation Preparation and Elaboration:Independently prepare and elaborate on documentation for public bids, tenders, requests, and offers.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company guidelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate products and pricing.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to enhance the documentation process.Propose innovative solutions to streamline workflows.Effective Communication:Engage with Sales teams to clarify aspects of offers.Collaborate with Customer Service to keep them informed of awarded bids and price modifications.Tender Management:Verify tender correctness and timeliness under the guidance of the Tender Office Manager.Transmit relevant documentation for price changes and tender updates.Customer Support:Assist Sales personnel with competency-related queries.Draft and send customer letters related to product substitutions and price analysis.Archival Management:Maintain organized archives of relevant documents.Adherence to Policies:Act in compliance with company policies and procedures.Education and Experience:High school diploma or university degree.Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar activities.Proficiency in written and verbal English.Strong PC skills.Attributes: Integrity, attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to meet deadlines.Administrative mindset.Join our team and contribute to our mission of helping patients live their lives to the fullest.Apply today!
