The Position Based in Monza and reporting to the Tender Lead, you will be a key member of the Finance, IT and Business Operations Team. Beyond your area of responsibilities, you will be jointly accountable for the Commercial Finance Operations transformation journey, fostering an environment that promotes collaboration and a customer centricity that inspires and motivates teams to develop and adopt an agile way of working.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing the deal-to-contract lifecycle process of the affiliate, supporting and contributing to the effectiveness of the commercial strategy.
Key responsibilities: Monitor and screen tender opportunities in the referent market.Be responsible for the performance of the tender process by ensuring the fairness of the documentation and the related on-time delivery as defined by the terms of contract.Analyze tender requirements and manage tender documentation in alignment and coordination with all other involved functions.Carry out all activities from deals/quote to the award and subsequent actions.Ensure that contractual documentation with customers is in place, archived properly and correctly and timely maintained/updated/amended in the different systems.Be responsible for the performance of the customers contract process by ensuring the enabling of the supply and proper contracts monitoring.Ensure timely monitoring of contract price conditions for customer orders.Ensure that all the administrative documentation is constantly updated in accordance with legal requirements.Ensure respect and adherence of customer contracts with tender requirements and with all relevant Roche guidelines and policies.Manage effective relationship and communication with internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate within the team ensuring proper management of the deal to contract lifecycle process.Collaborate across different functional areas strengthening the networking to deliver better outcomes and overcome barriers.Contribute to drive simplification and efficiency of end-to-end processes and leverage technologies to be effective in driving impact to the outcome of customer.We will offer a temporary contract of 12 months.
Profile University degree in Law or Economics and Business; alternatively at least 3/4 years' experience in a similar position.Strong knowledge of the deal-to-contract law and regulations.Experience of complex tender management (preferential Diagnostics or Medical Devices industry).Good knowledge of tender and customer contract documentation.Excellent accuracy capability, problem-solving, result orientation, organizational skills, stress management.Good attitude to deal with innovative technologies; good knowledge of Office package (especially Word and Excel); preferably good knowledge of SAP.Good level in English and fluency in Italian.Ability to understand business context and to apply judgment towards prioritization and decision making.Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and ability to build trusting and productive relationships.Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity generating ideas and seeing them through to action.Who we are At Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
