We are in search of a Sr. Survey and Maintenance Technician to join our innovative team as our new.
In this role, you'll play a crucial role in scaling our maintenance operations across multiple countries.
Responsibilities What will be your responsibilities â—¿ Execute routine maintenance and repairs on smart locker systems to ensure optimal performance; â—¿ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing on-site and remote support;; â—¿ Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory; â—¿ Conduct inspections and testing of equipment to identify and address potential issues before they escalate; â—¿ Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan; â—¿ Provide technical training and support to team members and clients to ensure proper use and maintenance of the lockers; â—¿ Assist in the development and documentation of maintenance procedures and best practices.
? Execute technical sites visit (Survey) prior installation to technically evaluate the eligibility of the location and asses adaptation required ? Search for potential maintenance vendors in the assigned area ? Train and coordinate vendors and manage them to perform maintenance in the assigned area according to the SLA of the agreement Your Profile What are the requirements to join us in this position: ? Minimum 5 of experience of working in a similar role, ideally with experience in maintaining products with network effects.
Previous experience as a technician would be a plus; â—¿ Technical diploma or equivalent technical vocational training; â—¿ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues; â—¿ Good analytics skills required to be able to perform data analytics and reporting tasks; â—¿ Proficiency in Italian and English, with good communication skills; â—¿ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment; â—¿ Experience in coordinating with contractors and managing maintenance projects; â—¿ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; â—¿ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach.
