As Technical Training Solutions Manager Africa, your main mission is to pilot and implement the strategy of the REFINISH technical training activity in French-speaking Africa and France Overseas by conducting the development, preparation and implementation of technical training.
Responsibilities Responsible for the implementation of the technical service and training proposal for the segments Collision, Commercial Transport, Coatings for light industry and Sundries for customers in French-speaking Africa and France Overseas.
Participate in the continuous improvement of painting cycles and customer experience through your field presence.
Assist customers with technical issues remotely or on-site.
Promote color IT tools (PaintManager, Rapidmatch, Product APP, LINQ, Moonwalk) in the regions.
Introduce new products within the processes applied to our body shop customers.
Ensure the follow-up of complaints until they are resolved.
Work closely with the Sales Team of the Scope and the Refinish Branch to address identified priorities and needs.
Qualifications A minimum first experience of 5-8 years in a similar position, acquired in the automotive and/or bodywork sector and/or B2B (business to business) would be a serious advantage.
Knowledge of paint (automotive, industries, b2b) with an understanding of solvent-based and water-based (hydro) paint systems in both its technicality and application is required.
We expect you to have a great pedagogy with different types of clients, a determination to move things forward and a passion for working in the automotive sector.
French fluent imperative.
Professional English strongly desired.
Experience working with clients in Africa.
Position is flexible: Marseille (FR), Milano (IT), UK – 50-70% of time spent travelling on the African (French Speaking) territory and in overseas countries.
