Here is an opportunity to be part of HCL Technologies: Job Description: 1st level help desk on application solutions (Microsoft Intune Windows Autopilot). Assist end users with device provisioning, application installation, and configuration in Microsoft Intune. Basic knowledge of registering a device, remediating compliance, reporting, optimizing delivery, updating Windows Defender security information, updating Windows Update features and quality patches during autopilot, driver and firmware support, managing Windows driver updates. Troubleshoot basic Intune issues, including device connectivity and compliance issues. Collaborate with other IT support teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues. Maintain accurate records of support activities and resolutions in ServiceNow. Stay up-to-date on Microsoft Intune features, updates, and best practices. Knowledge of Windows operating systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a team. Certifications are preferred (for example, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate). Native language proficiency is required: Italian.
