We are currently looking for a Technical Service Coordinator Mobility for Italy. Key responsibilities: Act as the primary technical liaison for a designated customer or customer plant. Provide on-site technical support for product applications, processing techniques, and issue resolution. Manage and oversee all aspects of the paint process, including paint adjustments, material management, and performance monitoring. Conduct immediate failure analysis, determine root causes, and support the implementation of corrective actions. Offer regular product performance feedback to other internal teams to drive continuous improvement. Attend and represent the company in customer-organized meetings with logistics, engineering, and process departments. Track customer demand, maintain technical data in databases, and provide regular reports on key performance metrics. Key requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience with a technical degree, ideally within the automotive or chemical sectors. Strong knowledge of Automotive OEM finishes, coatings, and refinish systems. Familiarity with chemical materials, especially paint and coatings, relevant to the automotive industry. Commercial acumen with experience in customer relationship management. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt priorities as needed. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Sales Force and SAP is a plus. Fluency in English and the local language; familiarity with tools like BYK Mac, Wave-scan, Glossmeter, or Rheomat is advantageous.
