- At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.

**Your Responsibilities will include**:
- Lead and mentor our team of instructional designers, organizing workloads, setting priorities, and delivering results;
- Oversee day-to-day operations, monitor team performance and report on progress;
- Support the development of corporate learning experiences to improve onboarding, performance, and the growth of employees aligned with the company's vision and values;
- Create learning solutions for external clients;
- Manage, curate, and upskill the ID team to assist with development of trainings for INFUSE teams;
- Effectively communicate with Educational Architect and Head of the Department by proactively sharing key metrics, feedback, and insights. Drive open dialogue, ensuring transparent and timely reporting;
- Implement effective evaluation approaches to identify training impact and improvement opportunities;
- Demonstrate comfort, flexibility, and adaptivity in a fast-paced environment that requires team members to take on a range of responsibilities;
- Assist with other departmental tasks as needed.
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, and impeccable English writing skills;
- Minimum 3 years of Mid-/Senior-level ID role experience or similar role within L&D department;
- 1+ year of experience managing a team;
- Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships;
- Highly collaborative spirit;
- Comfortable with ambiguity;
- A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done;
- Ability to work proactively in an ambitious, fast-growing, and dynamic environment and be OK with adapting to change.
