Due to a constant growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Spanish Speaker to join our team in Reggello , Tuscany , Italy.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following: Schedule and conduct phone, Teams and/or in-person interviews with our consultants and internal Key candidates Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires in ATS Create PowerPoint presentations with records of interviews and received feedbacks Attend job fairs and careers events Our ideal candidate should have the following features: At least a 2 years of work experience as a Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist Experience with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems Fluent in English (min B2) and Spanish (min B2) Excellent communicational skills Hands-on and hard working mindset Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline Empathy and self-criticism Our collaborators are engaged, developed, challenged and well-rewarded for performance.
