YOUR OPPORTUNITY As Tailor for ZEGNA, you will provide the highest-level alterations service to all customers.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will contribute to the overall sales success, supporting the teams' requests with exceptional tailoring skills, knowledge and experience of materials and sewing techniques.
This role is based in our Beverly Hills Flagship.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE Serve as an ambassador of the brand by presenting to every client the details of each garment when being fitted.
Produce work to the highest quality with a desire to learn and improve in areas where growth is necessary.
Monitor and take ownership of the quality of all apparel which leaves the Tailor Shop to ensure they meet the quality standards of ZEGNA.
Ensure clients are receiving highest level of customer service with respect to alterations and that ZEGNA customer service standards are upheld.
Communicate any potential issues within the Tailor Shop daily with the General Manager Analyze and generate solutions along with the General Manager Work with Customer Advisors to resolve customer-related issues.
Ensure the expected progress and timing for all the reparations of clothing are communicated accurately and in a timely manner.
Comprehensive understanding of garment construction, and pattern-making skills WHO YOU ARE: Tailor skills and knowledge; fitting experience is necessary.

The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
