Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews: (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description Join the talent network of Amaris Consulting as a Model Based and Requirement System Engineer in the SPACE sector in Rome and Milan! What will you do? Design and develop space systems using a model-based approach Use modeling tools such as UML and SysML to create models of space systems Analyze and evaluate the performance of the space system using the created models Identify the requirements of the space system in collaboration with clients Translate requirements into design specifications using requirements management tools like DOORS Collaborate with other engineers, such as aerospace engineers, physicists, and mathematicians, to ensure that the space system meets project specifications and client needs Utilize system engineering tools like Matlab, Simulink, IBM Rational Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect, Cameo, etc. Model-based approach using System SML Manage all phases of the project in both the software and system departments Create simulation models to test the operation of the space system What do we require? Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field Experience as a System Engineer Knowledge of DOORS or requirements management Excellent knowledge of the English language Collaboration with mission teams to ensure that the space system meets mission needs Knowledge of space standards such as ECSS and CCSDS NTH: Tools: Rhapsody, Cameo Experience in the aerospace and defense sector, but open to other industries Knowledge of radar systems, command and control systems, weapon systems What do we offer?
