Job Description Soft & Technical skills: Business Scenario: Can analyse and evaluate the market scenario of different businesses and carry out related research and studies.Product & Service Positioning: Can develop and position the products/services ranges in relation to different markets/competitors, in line with brand positioning/values and the Group's strategy.Emerging Technology Management: Can identify and evaluate significant emerging technologies (sector and non-sector) for the development of new services and products.Innovation Management: Can guarantee monitoring the innovation trend, identifying and proposing objectives for product, process and services innovation.User Experience: Can use all the marketing mix elements to maximize the user experience linked to the Group products/services.Regulatory & Technical Standard Definition: Can anticipate/influence/manage the regulatory compliance and technical standards in relation with Regulations/Supervisory Authorities and trade associations.Sales Support: Can assist the sales process and activities concerning different areas (Training, Post sales services, Trade Marketing, etc.).System Management: Can drive the development of new system technologies triggering new solutions application and leading the harmonization of R&D effort in system solutions in agreement with local engineering functions.Intellectual Property Management: Can design and manage the Intellectual Property processes (Creation, Protection, Use, Licenses…) to protect the Group Interests at National and International level.Product Improvement/Maintenance: Can identify/suggest improvements for products, in line with end user expectations, trends of reference markets and positioning compared to competitors, carrying out the economic/financial evaluations.Innovation and Change ManagementValue CreationPeople Development & EmpowermentProactivity and FlexibilityMarkets and Customers CentricityExecution ExcellenceAccountabilityGlobal MindsetTeamwork
