We're looking for a Scientific Affairs Manager Lifescience with the main objective to Demonstrate the value and impact of Oncology and Life Science Sysmex Solutions Shape the market partnering with national and regional authorities, payers, lighthouse health organizations, and KOLs to overcome existing barriers, build sustainable conditions for introducing new Sysmex solutions, and establish new standards of care. Translate Sysmex Vision and Business Strategy into the local Integrated Evidence Generation Strategy to better demonstrate the value of Sysmex Solution to all healthcare stakeholders. Job requirements In this role you will: Lead Scientific Marketing Activities in the country Develop and maintaining peer-to-peer relationships with key medical experts and lead clinical KOL engagement plans. Actively participate to develop long-term strategy and its implementation on business and marketing plans. own the execution of scientific marketing plan. Have an in-depth knowledge of Sysmexs solutions, their clinical value proposition, and competitors scientific approach. Support the organization to have longitudinal disease management approach based on patient journey and how clinical decisions are taken. Partner with Business Line Managers, regulatory affairs, and market communication team to drive pre-launch and launch marketing activities, including tender related documentation. Identify key clinical trends, challenges, and competitors scientific narrative that will have an impact on portfolio strategy and generate actionable insights. Effectively communicate medical and scientific data and evidence to both internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with internal stakeholders providing training, transferring of knowledge, and serving as an SME on internal cross-functional teams. Organize events and programs intending to inform customers and other external stakeholders of the latest scientific and medical discoveries enabled by Sysmexs solutions. Lead all scientific narrative of diagnostics business unit, including but not limited to, prepare and deliver scientific presentations to physicians, round-table, and congresses, provide conference support, respond to medical information requests and assure field support to the sales force and application specialists. Manage Sysmexs clinical evaluations and Hecon studies, monitoring progression, quality of execution, and expected ROI. Support external stakeholder research activities. Approve promotional materials and marketing collaterals checking that the information is balanced, up to date, and meets industry standards. Maintain effective internal relationships by engaging with relevant individuals and functions and mobilizing the right resources, both local, regional, and global level. Other requirements that are deemed appropriate. This role requires the employee to be able of visit clinical laboratories and departments What you need to be successful in this role: Professional experience for the position: 3-5 years of experience in similar roles in medical device or IVD industry Required Training Degree in human sciences (Medical degree is a strong plus) Profound knowledge of medical statistics and interpretation of clinical studies Confident user of MS Office, esp. of Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in English General professional experience: Manage time, plans and projects effectively. High level understanding of the clinical diagnosis of patients. Experience supporting field sales and customers. Ability to train others and create enthusiasm on the impact on patient Professional experience for the position: At least 5 years of experience in similar roles Professional experience in oncology (solid tumors) and liquid biopsy is a plus Experience working with physicians, interpreting results, and diagnosing patients.
