We are currently seeking a South Europe Client Development Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan. How you will contribute: Support the South Europe Client Development team in daily tasks and projects, such as:
Implementation and execution of In-store client activations events in South Europe: Prepare Event format brief for submission to EMEA CRM and Client Experience Director Follow up coordination with different departments involved and plan all elements of each client activation event (for example orders of e-vites, gifts, special visual set-up, catering, DJ's, … ) Support in the elaboration of budget and cost plan Accounting follow-up Organizing Client experiences Coordinate and liaise with Retail teams and Global Client Engagement Collect and integrate in follow-up template all necessary information Coordinate travel and bookings Support in elaborating budget, cost plan and follow up Gift planning and management Collect orders from stores on catalogue proposed by Global Client Engagement Follow up on costs and budgets Follow up on timely delivery Accounting follow up Provide administrative support as needed for the Client Development team Collect preventives and invoices and check that they are correctly accounted and timely paid Liaise with the stores in the Region to conduct market research and analysis to identify best practices and potential client opportunities Contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative client engagement strategies Assist in creating presentations and reports for client meetings and reviews Who you are: Passionate about fashion and customer centric, with interest for retail and an omnichannel approach Attention to detail, effective communication, natural empathy with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment. Flexibility and adaptability Excellent organizational and analytical skills Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Strong skills in Power Point presentation, good skills in Excel Currently enrolled in a university course/degree Why work with us?
