Terna, national transmission grid (NTG) operator, is actively engaged in the process of ecological transition and—as director of the electricity system and enabler of the energy transition —has the task of developing a grid capable of managing the ever-increasing integration of renewables and enabling the progressive decarbonisation of the system while constantly balancing energy produced and consumed.

Terna is seeking candidates for the role of Sustainability Specialist in the Sustainability Area at its Rome office.
The successful Sustainability Specialist will be responsible for:
Supporting planning, monitoring and reporting activities related to sustainability (adhering to the periodic updates in the reporting standards and to the new disclosure requirements issued by ESG rating agencies);
Supporting the flow of information to the ESG rating agencies and the preparation of sustainability questionnaires;
Periodically updating the platform dedicated to gathering sustainability data.
Necessary requirements:
At least three years of experience;
Experience in analysing, monitoring and reporting data, including the use and management of dedicated applications;
Interpersonal skills;
Flexibility;
Writing and summarising skills;
Problem-solving abilities;
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
